Suanne’s POWER PANCAKES
1 ½ cup dry oatmeal (not instant or fast cooking)
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
¾ cup pancake mix (whatever you use )
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
2 T Vanilla extract
cinnamon to your taste
1 cup water
(adjust your water and applesauce according to how you like these)
Mix together. Pour ¼ cup per pancake onto hot griddle. Cook SLOW & on LOW HEAT because they
are thick and you don’t want to be runny..ewww
Additions to batter if you like
Extra vanilla extract
Dried cranberries, raisins
Fresh blueberries, strawberries
Nuts
I LOVE these pancakes and can be used as a replacement for COOKIES when they are cold.
