Suanne’s Fabulous PIZZA  with Veggies
(go to video recipe)

SERVES 6

Pizza Dough – I make my own in my bread machine but if I don’t have time, I use

Il Fornaio frozen Whole Wheat pizza dough I buy at Fresh Market.

2 tablespoons of Pesto. homemade or store bought

½ cup tomato sauce…your favorite

Grilled Artichoke Hearts –ArtiHearts by Monterey Farms/Fresh Market

Roasted Broccoli – use as much as you like

3 garlic cloves chopped

6 scallions sliced

2 cups Fresh Greens – spinach or whatever you want to use

1 tomato sliced

½  cup or more of shredded Parmesan Cheese

Mozzarella – sliced

*(Optional – change up the veggies, add fresh Basil, whatever you want to do)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Sauté garlic, scallions in a little bit of olive oil under 1 minute then add the greens, stir, turn off stove and let the
greens wilt down just a bit.  REMOVE food from hot pan to a bowel.

PREPARE your pizza stone with a little olive oil and spread around with your hand.

ROLL out your pizza dough and put on stone.

I assemble my PIZZA how I have the ingredients listed above.

Bake 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.

WOW, this PIZZA is loaded with nutrition.

I KNOW you’re gonna like and I hope your kids like it too.

ENJOY!

Bon Appetite
