CANCELATION POLICY for ALL SERVICES Although I truly do enjoy working with my clients, it is still a business and my sole means of earning an income. Your appointment is reserved for you and I cannot easily re-fill it. If you are unable to keep your appointment and we cannot reschedule for that same week, I will need to charge that as a "USED SESSION." Personal Medical Emergencies are different. It is not my intention to offend anyone, only to ask for your understanding.

Typically Nutrition Consults are 2 separate 1 hour appointments.
First appointment is interview/reviewing/chatting about your food journal and me getting to know the things you love to eat and can't live without/ ha and the things you don't care for as well as me asking you questions about fitness, lifestyle, nutrition time management and so on.
Second appointment- I will have broken down 3 to 5 days of your food journal to go over with you so remember... in order for me to figure out what's not working for you, I need to know how you typically eat that is keeping the weight on you and then I can go from there. I take into account the activity level as well and I'll outline a plan. I do not "TELL YOU" what to eat, I do not give you a "detailed menu"....Nutrition is like going to school and doing your "homework"....you can't LEARN if someone tells you answers and what to do. It's a process you must go through and I will help guide you through it.
I remind my Nutrition Consult Clients that I am neither a dietitian nor a nutritionist, but as a certified personal trainer I can advise/guide you on how you can BALANCE your meals and snacks to meet your caloric needs and goals.
WHAT TO BRING to your FIRST APPPOINTMENT I’ll need a list of the foods you typically eat for 3 to 5 full days. I'll break it down to see where the “balance” of your daily caloric intake is or isn’t, then we can tweak it, or revamp it.
COST: One-on-one - $50.00 1 hour appointment
